At Suppgrade Labs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Guidelines:

• Authorization & Proof: All returns require prior approval from our Customer Experience team and proof of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] to start the process.

• Eligible Items: Only unopened products with intact barcodes returned within 30 days are accepted. Products with altered labels cannot be returned.

Once approved, you will receive a refund for returned items.
