How can I return my item(s)?Updated 2 months ago

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re happy to help guide you through the return process for unopened items.

How to initiate a return:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a separate email with a return label and packing slip to make the process easy.

Important return guidelines:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Once approved, authorized items must be mailed back within 14 days.

  • Please include a receipt or proof of purchase showing your name, address, and order number.

  • Products that show any signs of being opened or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

  • Returns initiated after 30 days, or returns not received within 30 days of authorization, are not eligible for a refund.
