How do I return unopened products?Updated 9 months ago

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you need to return unopened products, we're here to help guide you through the process.

Here's how you can initiate a return:

  • Contact our Customer Service at [email protected] within 30 days of product delivery to initiate your return request.

Please note the following important points:

  • Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Once authorized by our Suppgrade Labs Customer Service Department, the unopened product(s) must be mailed or shipped back within 14 days.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase for each product, confirming your name, address, and order number.
  • If the returned product(s) show any signs of being opened or damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you initiate the return after the 30-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If we do not receive your return within 30 days of authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.
