We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re happy to help guide you through the return process for unopened items.
How to initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization.
Once approved, you’ll receive a separate email with a return label and packing slip to make the process easy.
Important return guidelines:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Once approved, authorized items must be mailed back within 14 days.
Please include a receipt or proof of purchase showing your name, address, and order number.
Products that show any signs of being opened or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
Returns initiated after 30 days, or returns not received within 30 days of authorization, are not eligible for a refund.
