Motivation 101
For Suppgrade Labs Motivation 101, we use decaffeinated green tea, while this does not mean 100% caffeine free, 100 mg of green tea extract would only yield about 1 mg or less of caffeine
though for caffeine sensitive individuals, it may be best to avoid this supplement, or take it very early in the day.
as N-acetyl-L-tyrosine can also be stimulating.
