At Suppgrade Labs, we meticulously monitor each step of the supply chain to guarantee the traceability of our products. This comprises validating the source of the raw materials, appraising its handling, examining how it is manufactured, and verifying the eventual transformation into a finished item. Having these rigorous procedures in place is indispensable for achieving quality assurance and satisfying customers.

We are committed to delivering only the highest quality products. To guarantee this, we use third-party testing for all our raw materials and final formulations. This ensures that the label claims of our products meet the stringent standards of potency, purity, and validation. Through our rigorous testing process, we are confident that every product we offer is of the utmost quality and efficacy.

All of our raw materials and finished products are either tested by an accredited third party lab or in house to confirm specification (we don't rely on supplier's CofAs).  We use USP/AOAC or other approved published methods from scientific journals.  We test for identity, potency, heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic), micros (plate count, total yeast/mold, e.coli, salmonella and s.aureus), rancidity/oxidative markers, pesticides and perform other applicable testing depending on the ingredient/formulation. **We do third party pesticide screening on all botanicals from an ISO certified lab. We follow USP testing methods through external labs.  We are GMP certified by NSF to ensure good manufacturing practices. We comply with 21 CFR 111 -- FDA regulations and manufacture dietary supplements.
