Are there any fees associated with returns?Updated 4 days ago

Once you’ve contacted Customer Service and your return has been approved, you’ll receive a separate email containing your return shipping label and packing slip.

After your package is received and processed at our facility, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
