We aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and transparent as possible. From the moment you place your order to when your supplements arrive at your door.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our facility within 1-3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). In most cases, orders arrive within 7 business days from the order date, barring any unexpected carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from [email protected] that includes tracking details, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping to a temporary address?
If you’re shipping to a hotel, Airbnb, or other temporary location, we recommend placing your order 7-8 days in advance to allow for potential delays. If a package arrives after you’ve checked out, please ensure arrangements are made to return it to Suppgrade Labs so we can process a refund. Carrier delays can occur without notice, so allowing extra time is always encouraged.
