How long does it take for an order to be shipped?Updated 9 months ago

We strive to provide you with a speedy and informative delivery process from the time you order to the time you receive your supplements.

Suppgrade Labs orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our location within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, then the transit time begins with either USPS or FedEx.

Orders are received within 7 days of order date in most cases, barring any unexpected delays.

Please note this time frame does not include weekends or holidays, as we are closed. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from [email protected] This email will contain shipment tracking information to help you keep an eye on your package's journey to your doorstep.

Please note, if you are ordering to a temporary address such as a hotel or Airbnb, we recommend only doing so if you can order 7-8 days in advance, and taking care that if the package is to arrive after you've vacated, that you have arranged to have the package returned to Suppgrade Labs for a refund. Carrier delays can occur at any time and without notice, so please account for extra time if possible.
