How do I change the delivery frequency of my subscription?Updated 22 days ago

If you’d like to adjust how often your subscription deliveries arrive (for example, changing from every 3 weeks to every month), you can do so easily from your Suppgrade Labs account.

1. Log in to your account and go to your Account Homepage

2. Click Manage Subscription

3. Select Edit Frequency (look for the calendar and clock icon)

4. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Choose the frequency you prefer from the available options

Please note:

• Each subscription can only have one delivery frequency. All products in that subscription will ship on the same schedule.

• If you’d like a different product to ship less frequently, you’ll need to create a separate subscription for that item to set its own schedule.
