How do I access and manage my subscription?Updated 15 days ago

When you place a subscription order with Suppgrade Labs, an account is automatically created for you. This allows you to easily manage your subscription and view your order history at any time.

There’s no need to activate your account or create a password. We use a secure one-time login code sent directly to your email, making access quick and hassle-free.

To log in to your account:

1. Visit ShopSuppgradeLabs.com and click the subscription portal icon (the person icon)

2. Enter the same email address you used at checkout and click “Continue”

3. You’ll receive an email shortly from [email protected] containing your login code

4. Enter the code to complete your login

Once logged in, navigate to the Subscriptions section or click the Subscriptions tab to view all of your active and paused subscriptions in one convenient place.
