Do you offer replacement or refund if a package is lost or damaged during shipping?Updated 9 months ago

Replacement: If your package is lost by the carrier or arrives in a damaged condition, we will promptly arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you receive your Suppgrade Labs products in the best possible condition.

Please send photo documentation of the package, packing list and what you received to our Customer Service team at [email protected] and they will contact you for resolution.

Refund: In case a replacement isn't feasible or if you prefer, we also offer the option of a full refund for the value of the lost or damaged items.
